I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Illinois and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  I have always had the desire to help people and turned to massage therapy, in my own stressful times, to help my body and mind cope with life changes.  I feel that my strong connection with clients is due to my comforting touch, communication skills and patience.  I also have a thirst for knowledge and am always looking for new techniques to add to my sessions. 

I received my massage therapy education and certification at the College of Lake County, Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills.  There, I was the class representative/liaison between my fellow students and faculty.  I graduated with honors and quickly started as a therapist in the salon setting.  Being a second career for me, massage therapy is truly a passion of mine.  Clients have commented that they can actually feel the compassion I put into my work.
